How to use

This device has the weakest vibration of all the devices i own. The first device i bought like 10 years ago and i am starting to have problems with it holding a charge. I paid $15 for it and it was a great machine. The only thing was that it was just red light/heated/vibration. I have bought 3 devices that have great reviews with all the bells and whistles. Not one of them can stand up to that first device and i think it's because it was american made. The massage vibration in this device is barely present. I would really like a refund for my purchase, i am not happy with any part of this purchase.
