1. About these terms

These terms apply when you use vanigo.co.za or buy from Vanigo, a business based in Cape Town, South Africa. By placing an order you agree to these terms and to our Refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

2. Products and descriptions

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and some product photos are styled lifestyle images. Makeup and other props shown in photos are not included unless the product description says so.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. We do not store your card details.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can choose to pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Orders

You'll receive an email confirming your order. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is unavailable or if we suspect fraud.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the courier or events outside our control.

6. Cooling-off and returns

Under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act you may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. We go further and accept returns of unused items within 30 days, as set out in our Refund policy.

7. Product use

Please follow any instructions that come with your product, especially for rechargeable and electrical items. Charge LED and electric products with a suitable USB charger and keep them away from water.

8. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Vanigo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
